Spending of funds is confined to board-approved programs and projects of the Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church (hereafter referred to as “Church”). Contributions shall not in any way compromise the Church’s charitable purposes or activities.
Each contribution directed toward an approved program or project will be used as restricted with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the Church, or the focus of the Church’s priorities shift, the remaining restricted contributions will be used for a similar project or where most needed, as determined by the Board.
